From Chicago-based firm Zoka Zola Architecture + Urban Design come the plans for Spore House, a multi-phase, multi-purpose home which provides the possibility of building 'a small, economical, functional, and comfortable sustainable house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.'

'Spore House elevates the experience of a simple living space through material textures and panoramas to the exterior.' All four phases of Spore House are included in the purchase of the plans.
