Plans for Stanley and Oliver are now available for viewing and purchase from Hometta.

Designed as two embracing volumes, “Stanley” and “Oliver” utilizes basic local (New England) construction techniques—wood framing, standard residential windows, and cedar cladding to keep costs down. Previously built, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house makes efficient and clever use of its 1,465 sq ft size. The plans are now available exclusively through Hometta. 

Memberships come with logins for up to five professionals to view the plans with you using our Plan Viewer. This way, you and your preferred local builder can better discuss the feasibility of your project.

Plans range from $1,195 to $3,195 based on number of bedrooms.
