In Which I Get To Visit the Kitchen of Rienzi

Rienzi's drawing room. Image courtesy of the Museum of Fine Arts, HoustonThough it was designed by legendary Houston architect John Staub in the 1950s, Rienzi, Houston's house museum featuring Decorative European Arts, is not modern.

But the kitchen, usually off-limits to visitors, was done in 1950s style and expanded in the 70s. As gorgeous as the Euro design of the 1700s and 1800s is, I had a feeling it would be more up my alley, and indeed it was. I report for the Houston Press here.
